Visitors parking at Hazel?
The building allows visitors to park for up to three hours without needing a pass.In the event that Corporate Stays parking spaces are unavailable, visitors can reserve and request a parking spot for visitor parking with applicable fees.
New rules have been implemented to regulate visitor parking usage. Please read and follow the below, effective immediately.
- Visitors are only permitted to park in the designated visitor parking (P1 & in front of the building).
- Residents are not allowed to park in this area unless authorized by the Community Team in the event of an exception.
- Visitors will be allowed access to the parkade by their resident host. There will be no access device (fob/remote) issued to the guests.
- Visitor parking is free of charge for 3 hours.
- A parking permit must be obtained from the Community Office for a stay longer than 3 hours.
- Charges will apply
- The maximum allowed stay with a parking permit is 15 days.
- Cars that remain for over 3 hours without a parking permit will be towed at the vehicle owner’s risk and expense without notice.
- Vehicles improperly parked or obstructing use of a neighboring stall may be towed.
