Visitors parking at Hazel?

The building allows visitors to park for up to three hours without needing a pass.

In the event that Corporate Stays parking spaces are unavailable, visitors can reserve and request a parking spot for visitor parking with applicable fees.  

New rules have been implemented to regulate visitor parking usage. Please read and follow the below, effective immediately.

1. Visitors are only permitted to park in the designated visitor parking (P1 & in front of the building).
2. Residents are not allowed to park in this area unless authorized by the Community Team in the event of an exception.
3. Visitors will be allowed access to the parkade by their resident host. There will be no access device (fob/remote) issued to the guests.
4. Visitor parking is free of charge for 3 hours.
5. A parking permit must be obtained from the Community Office for a stay longer than 3 hours.
6. Charges will apply 
7. The maximum allowed stay with a parking permit is 15 days.
8. Cars that remain for over 3 hours without a parking permit will be towed at the vehicle owner’s risk and expense without notice.
9. Vehicles improperly parked or obstructing use of a neighboring stall may be towed.
