What can I do if my internet is not working ?

If you are experiencing internet issues, such as poor connectivity, or no wifi signal in your suite, please try the following steps to reboot the Wifi Signal.

  1. Reset the router.  The routers are located located beside the TV or inside one of the wall panels in the suite.  Our Concierge team is happy to advise where the router is located in your specific suite.
  2. Identify the power cable that is connected to the Modem/Router. Unplug it from the outlet for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
  3. Wait about 3-5 minutes for the Modem/Router to reboot as it will reset the Wifi signal.
