What should I do if the dryer at LXTX stops working?

When there are dryer problems, here are a few steps to troubleshoot with the guest.


1. There is a container to pull out at the top left corner. Clothing will not dry if it is full of water. Direct the guest to empty the compartment.


2. Check that the lint trap is clean.


3. Because the dryers do not vent outside, drying takes longer. Suggest adding a dry towel to the dryer to speed up the drying process.

If the issue still persists, please submit a maintenance request with the building.
