What do I do when someone is parked in my assigned parking space ?
Firstly, confirm that you have parked on the correct level, spot and building phase. Once you have confirmed that you are in the correct space as specified in your arrival instructions.
Please call us at 800.213.6030 or by email at concierge@corporatestays.com to ensure we can provide an alternate parking option while we work with the building and bylaw officers to have the car removed from your space.
Do not simply park in another vacant space as this may result in your vehicle being ticketed and towed for which Corporate Stays will not be held responsible.
