What do I need to do when checking out of the unit?

Check-out is at 11 am sharp and the suite must be vacant by this time.  For suites with keyless access - your pin code will expire at 11AM.

Should you need additional time or an extension to your reservation, please contact us by email at concierge@corporatestays.com. Please be aware that additional charges may apply.

Please take a moment to inspect your suite prior to departure and ensure you do not forget any of your personal belongings.  Please also ensure the following tasks are completed (to avoid additional fees)

• Dispose of all food, garbage and recyclables 
• Ensure dirty dishes are loaded into the dishwasher and the dishwasher is turned on
• Ensure all furniture is in its original location as when you checked in  

Reminder : There is a charge of up to $500 for any missing keys, fobs, garage remotes, in room amenities or damages to your suite.
