What should i do if i didn't receive my parcel/package?

Double check we have forwarded all the notification emails with codes to the guest and he has tried them ALL.


In some cases, the notification email takes up to 24hs to arrive.


If the package is still missing, tell the guest to check the address: 7 Grenville St. Toronto, ON M4Y 0E2. This is a residential building that is one street down from our address at 7 Grosvenor St. Toronto, ON M4Y O2E. We’ve had packages delivered to that address for our residents, as they are very similar.

If still not found, they can send a screenshot of the courier and date of delivery for internal tracking. In that case, they should contact the courier and tell them the package is missing/never received.
