What should I do if my unit access stops working at IMMIX?

The front desk should be able to reactivate the fob. 

You may also troubleshoot by:
  1. Locate the Reprogramming Box:

    • Go to the main entrance of the building.
    • Find the small black box next to the interphone.
  2. Reprogram the Fob:

    • Hold the fob near the box and wait for the green light to turn on. This signals that the reprogramming is complete.
  3. Check Functionality:

    • Once the green light is on, test the fob to ensure it’s working properly.
