After crossing the building entrance, turn right and pass the common kitchen wall, there is a tiny hallway turn on your left side and the door on your right side.
• Playroom- 1st Floor-Fob Required
Passing through the building entrance, in front of the fireplace, a hallway on the left side, first door on the right.
• Pool -1st Floor outside the pool
During the summer, the pool is open from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
The fob is not required to enter the pool, however it is required to enter the facility. Outside the building on the first floor.
• Barbecue -1st Floor outside the pool
Outside the building on the first floor. The access entrance is located after the lobby, by the game room's side. Reservations are not required; guests may utilize it if it is available.
There was no defined time in this location. But I believe it can be from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (to avoid disturbing other residents).
• Terrace - 9th Floor
- Common Kitchen: Access by fob 24/7
2nd floor: exit the elevator, turn right, walk to the end of the hall, and turn left; the access door is at the end.
- Coworker room space: 24/7, access with fob.
- Dog spa: 24/7 - access with fob
The black door is located on the right side of the building after entering through the first entrance door.
Leaving the lobby, you will pass the glass door (the one with the intercom), the package place, and the access door at the end, on the left side.
