Where do I get my keys for East Village?

Upon arrival at the building, please use the intercom located at the main entrance to dial your building access code (as indicated in the arrival instructions).

We will verify your information and grant you access and the front door will unlock. If it does not light up, you may need to try calling us again.

(If you're arriving after 10:00p.m. the main door will be locked, however you can access it through the keypad with the code provided in your check in instructions)
