Where do I get the mailbox key ?

A mailbox key is provided upon arrival.  If you did not receive a mailbox key please advise us and we will be happy to provide one. Charges will apply for lost or unreturned mailbox keys.  

Please visit your specific building page for specific information regarding mail and packages.  

It is not recommended to have items shipped to your mailbox prior to arrival as the suite may be occupied by another guest (who will have access).  Please contact us for alternate options or visit Canada Post Flex Delivery for convenient shipping options.
