Where do I return my keys upon check-out from the James?

Please return keys to the lockbox in the lobby upon your departure.  

Detailed departure instructions will be emailed a minimum of 24hrs prior to departure.  If you are departing early please advise us for security purposes and we will be sure to send the instructions immediately.  

Reminder: There is a charge of up to $500 for any missing keys, fobs, garage remotes, in room amenities or damages to your suite.
