      Access Card Stopped working at Hazel?

      Sometimes our access cards stops working and require a reset. We have a fob reader located in the lobby, in the vestibule.

      If your card stops working, please reset your card using the fob reader.

       

      Instructions

      1.Place card horizontally against fob reader

      1. Fob reader will blink white
      2. Remove card after you hear a beeping sound
      3. Card has been reset
