Distribution of Keys

Corporate Stays issues the following number of keys for each unit.  This is standardized for ease of communication with guests and to simply retrieval upon departure.

• All guests are provided two (2) copies of their unit keys and building keys/fobs at check-in 
• If a guest has paid for parking - a garage remote for each paid vehicle is provided 
• 1 mailbox keys are only provided to extended stay guests 
• A list of all keys distributed is to be included in RMS (under Reservation Fields) prior to check-in
• When distributing additional keys always remind the guest of the fees associated with lost or unreturned keys (included in arrival instructions automatically)
