There will be a few different situations where the concierge team will need to buzz people into our buildings.
- Guest arriving for their stay
- The intercom will ring through to the concierge numbers on Aircall. We should be verifying who they are before buzzing them into the building.
- Please keep in mind the intercoms only stay connected for 30 seconds at a time so this needs to be done fairly quickly or the guest will need to call back multiple times.
- Below is what the concierge team will need to push to let them into the various buildings.
- Deliveries & Guests needing to be buzzed in
- This is almost always during the daytime hours but again please just verify which unit they are staying in before buzzing them in. Please note that with so many people in quarantine we are seeing a lot of deliveries right now.
