How to add a maintenance request on RMS ?

RMS
- Login in RMS
- Look in the left panel/menu
- Open the Asset maintenance section
- Click on job management
How to add it
- Once in Job maintenance go to the top right side of the screen and click on add job (#apartment)
- Choose the apartment that needs the maintenance and put it on the left side on the Allocated Apartment # section.
- Click on apply/exit
- Fill the new job from
- Description: key word of job that need to be performed
- Work required: Describe what is the exact issue. (what needs to be fixed)
- Job type: Choose if it is general maintenance, renovation, etc. depending on the problem.
- Provider: N/A
- Required by: make sure the date correspond to the day you made the request with the building
- Priority: choose between medium and high depending on the situation and issue.
- Work time: Any time
- Then just press save and exit.
