Retrieving Packages from Canada Post Lockers:
If you are expecting a parcel delivered by Canada Post, here’s how you can retrieve it from the Canada Post locker in MONARC:

Locate Your Mailbox:
- Your parcel will be placed in a Canada Post locker assigned to your unit. Check your mailbox for the large Canada Post key.

Open Your Mailbox:
- Open your assigned mailbox (for example, Mailbox 715 for MON715).

Retrieve the Key:
- Inside your mailbox, you’ll find the Canada Post large key. This key will open the Canada Post locker containing your parcel.

Open the Canada Post Locker:
- Use the large key to unlock the Canada Post locker where your parcel is stored.

Collect Your Package:
- Take your parcel from the locker. Be sure to check the locker for any other important notices or mail.

Close the Locker:
- Once you’ve retrieved your package, make sure to close the locker securely.

Return the Key:
- Slide the large Canada Post key back into the designated slot within your mailbox.
