Maximum Pets Per Unit

Each unit at 320 Millennium is allowed a maximum of two (2) pets.

Dog Restrictions

• Dogs must not exceed 50 lbs in weight.
• Pit Bulls and any dogs that appear aggressive are not permitted.
• NO PUPPIES, Dogs must be over two years of age

General Guidelines

• Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not cause disturbances to other residents.
• All pets must be kept on a leash in common areas.
• Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.

Failure to comply with the pet policy may result in penalties or restrictions on pet ownership within the building.
