Preparing Arrivals

  • Always ensure arrival packages are prepared and reservations audited to ensure all guest requirements are actioned
  • Arrivals should be audited at least 4 days prior to arrival (when possible) to ensure necessary arrangements can be made.

Auditing Arrival 

  1. Verify the guest information, any special requests or Add-Ons (Cot, IPTV, groceries upon arrival)
  2. Verify check-in instructions have been sent (and read) and any relevant information added (i.e.; arrival time, license plate information etc).
  3. Ensure pet registration has been sent (and/or received) 

Prepare the Arrival Package

  1. Prepare the check-in envelope with all relevant information and ensure the information/procedure matches the instructions sent to the guest
  2. In the section ‘Reservation Details’ scroll down you find the section ‘Number of Keys, Mailbox Keys, Parking Remote 1, Gym/Elevator Keys, Parking Remote 2. This is very important to keep up to date with our inventory in each booking.  Ensure any pin codes are configured to match reservation details.   Our CS standard for keys is 2 hard keys/fobs, 1 mailbox key and 1 garage remote (if required).
