Requests for Early Check-in / Early Arrival

• Unless arranged in advance, check-in time is at 4:00pm.
• Prior to granting an early check-in verify that the room is clean and available for early arrival
  • Before 11AM (additional nightly rate)
  • Between 11AM and 2PM (early check in fee applies.  Check Housekeeping and Guest Services Pricing.
  • Between 2PM and 4PM (no charge if apartment is ready)

• Corporate clients may sometimes be exempt from these additional charges. If you are unsure, consult the Senior Concierge, Operations Manager and/or the sales manager 
• Advise the local team that an early check-in has been approved, charged or requested to ensure keys are prepared early
• If keyless entry - ensure locks are updated to ensure early access
